We stand on Burlington Mall Road with signs, costumes and huge flags. We are there to tell the world that there is a literal concentration camp two blocks away.

We are not there merely to make propaganda against ICE. We are there to make propaganda against fear.
Every car that honks in support as they pass is in a small way joining the Resistance. Many who honk may be expressing themselves against ICE terror for the first time. This breaks the ice, and makes it easier for them to take the next steps. It helps them help others to overcome their fear. We are there to cause a ripple effect. To fight against the terror visited on immigrants, we need to fight against our own internalized terror. We have nothing to fear. We are America, fighting back.

Zines
A zine is a pocket-sized eight-page mini-booklet, the kind you used to get as a prize in Crackerjack boxes.

It's a fantastic alternative to boring 8 1/2 x 11 flyers, easier to offer and accept, more like a samizdat pamphlet than a handbill.
​
To make your own, make up an eight-page Word document with whatever you want, including JPEG images. Then go to Pocketmod.com, open a free account, and upload your PDF. It will automatically convert it into a single-page layout ready to fold into a zine. It's basically simple origami. It takes five seconds once you get the hang of it. Instructions below.

Below are zines that I (Michael) disseminate as Resistance baseball cards to quote and celebrate heroes of the Resistance to oppression and barbarism. There is also a zine to publicize No Fear's Christmas 2025 nighttime mass singing.

I am posting the PDFs below. All you have to do is click on it, save it to your computer, print it out and then fold and cut per the instructions on the left.​
